4. Student responsibilities
Students must submit honest booking requests, communicate respectfully, and avoid misleading reviews, false reports, harassment, or misuse of saved searches, chat, or booking tools.
5. Host responsibilities
Owners and accommodation managers must keep listing details, room types, seat counts, prices, rules, amenities, map locations, and photos accurate and up to date.
6. Listings and public content
Listing descriptions, images, prices, and accommodation details may appear publicly so students can compare options. Users should upload only content they own or are authorized to share.
7. Bookings and approvals
Next Knock supports booking requests, approvals, rejections, and availability tracking, but users remain responsible for checking final room details, policies, and move-in arrangements before confirming an accommodation decision.
8. Messages, reviews, and reports
Platform messages, ratings, reviews, and safety reports must stay lawful, respectful, and relevant. Next Knock may moderate, limit, or remove content that is abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or harmful.
